As a NACHI member I have agreed to adhere to the industries highest standard of continuing education requirements. NACHI members are required to pass a comprehensive online examination with a score of 80% or better before even being accepted as a member and every year after. No other home inspection association requires this of their members. As a member I also must complete and pass numerous courses in order to maintain my membership. You can view NACHI's membership requirements at http://www.nachi.org/membership.htm and compare them to any other home inspection association out there. NACHI's Certified Residential Inspectors require the most education in the industry.

As a home inspector in Pennsylvania, I must comply with Pennsylvania Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) Act 114 pertaining to home inspections. Accuracy Assured Home Inspections meets and exceeds the requirements outlined by the State of Pennsylvania.

 

As a home inspector in The City of Philadelphia, I must comply with Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Regulation of Businesses, Trades, and Professions Chapter 9-1300 entitled Home Inspection Business and The Philadelphia Code Title 6 : Health Code Chapter 6-900, relating to mold inspections. Accuracy Assured Home Inspections meets and exceeds all requirements outlined by The City of Philadelphia.
