InspectorPro is a limited liability company and is a locally owned family business providing professional Home Inspection services serving Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Immokalee and all other locations in Collier County Florida.

We are not part of a large franchise company, just mom and pop trying to make a living. So, when you hire InspectorPro, the owner of the company will perform the Home Inspection, write and submit the report, and be your house consultant for as long as you own your house. The fact that we are small does not mean that we are not mighty! We will provide you with personalized service and flexible schedules to meet your closing requirements. We don't like to work seven days a week, but if that is what it takes to meet your schedule, that is what we will do.

Home Inspection is a very technical profession. There are hundreds of features for each house system (roof, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) that must be examined and evaluated. Training and experience is a must to qualify as a Home Inspector.

Inspector John has over 40 years of experience and training. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of California - San Jose, has passed the National Home Inspectors Certification test, the NACHI Certification test, Wind and Hurricane Mitigation Inspection test and keeps current on technical developments and procedures in home construction and inspection. He is an Associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and a member of the Gulf Coast ASHI Chapter. Inspector John has built two houses from scratch and renovated several more, including mobile and manufactured houses. He has performed many home inspections in Florida and Indiana. Inspector John is licensed as a Home Inspector in Collier County, Florida.
